The story behind Bhodi – Bodhi is the youngest protégé Michi has ever rescued. With only a few days, their eyes not yet fully open and not a tooth in sight, Michi and Marc drove across Zimbabwe to rescue little Bodhi! Because Bodhi was "found on a farm" by security staff. His mother was believed to have been killed by the farm's guard dogs, but fortunately Bodhi was unharmed apart from a few abrasions. Sleepless nights, panic attacks and their first attempts at climbing saw Michi and Marc live! Now Bodhi is being raised at their partner station in Zimbabwe so that one day he can be free.
